Position Title: ERP Program Manager SEO

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an ERP Program Manager SEO reporting to the Program Director, ERP.

A bit about your role

As the ERP Program Manager SEO, you will play a critical leadership role in one of nbn's most significant transformation programs, ensuring the successful delivery of all System Engineering and Operations (SEO) technology outcomes within the ERP transformation. Acting as the key interface between SEO, the program team and business stakeholders, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology capabilities spanning architecture, integration, security, environments, data migration, testing, deployment and operational transition.

Working closely with leaders, vendors and cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute an integrated technology delivery strategy that aligns program objectives with operational needs and long-term business outcomes. You will provide leadership across complex technology workstreams, champion best-practice governance, risk and compliance, and ensure technology readiness is achieved at every stage of the program lifecycle. Through strong collaboration and strategic thinking, you will help shape future-fit solutions that simplify processes, strengthen operational performance and maximise business value.

As a key member of the program leadership team, you will foster a high-performing and inclusive team culture, influence critical decisions and build alignment across a diverse stakeholder landscape. Your ability to connect people, strategy and delivery will be instrumental in achieving successful transformation outcomes and creating lasting benefits for the business.

A bit about you

You bring strong experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs within complex enterprise environments, with a proven track record of delivering strategic technology outcomes through cross-functional and multi-vendor teams. With extensive experience across both BAU and program delivery environments, you are comfortable leading major initiatives spanning architecture, integration, security, testing, data migration and operational readiness, ideally within ERP transformation programs involving platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP or similar enterprise solutions.

You are a highly collaborative and influential leader who excels at building strong relationships across technical and business domains. Comfortable engaging with senior executives, program leaders, vendors and delivery teams, you have a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders, navigate complexity and translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans. Your commercial acumen, governance expertise and strong analytical approach enable you to manage risk, drive accountability and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on delivery mindset and are passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement. Adaptable, resilient and solutions-focused, you thrive in dynamic environments and are motivated by leading transformational change that delivers lasting value for customers, employees and the broader organisation.
