Experience
Use this formula for every bullet point:
Start bullets with strong verbs: Installed, Diagnosed, Repaired, Maintained, Calibrated, Commissioned. Avoid "Responsible for" or "Helped with" since they say nothing about your impact on the job.
3-5 bullets per role. Lead with volume and efficiency metrics.
