Position Title: Senior Manager Enablement and Capability ERP

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Manager Enablement and Capability ERP reporting to the Executive Manager ERP Adoption and Readiness.

A bit about your role

As the Senior Manager, Enablement and Capability ERP, you will play a pivotal role in helping nbn realise the full value of its ERP transformation by ensuring our people are equipped with the knowledge, skills and capabilities to succeed in the future-state environment. Reporting to the Executive Manager, Business Readiness and Adoption, you will lead the design and delivery of capability and learning programs that support employees, leaders and program teams through change, enabling lasting adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

Working closely with change, business readiness, functional and implementation partner teams, you will develop and deliver an integrated capability strategy that builds process, system and behavioural capability across impacted audiences. You will translate business and transformation requirements into engaging learning experiences, ensuring people are not only trained to use new systems but are also prepared to embrace new ways of working. Through strong collaboration and influence, you will help create a culture of continuous learning, adaptability and growth across the organisation.

You will also establish frameworks to measure capability uplift and learning effectiveness, using data and insights to demonstrate readiness, inform interventions and support benefits realisation. As the capability function transitions into business-as-usual, you will play a key role in embedding sustainable learning practices that continue to strengthen organisational capability long after the ERP program has concluded.

A bit about you

You bring strong experience leading capability, learning, organisational development or enablement programs within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation environments. You have successfully designed and delivered end-to-end capability strategies, including training needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, learning delivery and effectiveness measurement, with a focus on building behavioural and process capability alongside system proficiency.

You are a collaborative and influential leader who can build strong relationships across program teams, business leaders, implementation partners and learning professionals. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, you are skilled at translating complex transformation objectives into practical and impactful capability solutions that help people navigate change with confidence. Your experience spans a variety of learning methods and delivery approaches, and you understand how to create meaningful learning experiences that drive lasting adoption rather than short-term compliance.

You combine strategic thinking with strong execution capability, bringing a disciplined and evidence-based approach to planning, measuring and continuously improving capability outcomes. Passionate about helping people learn, grow and thrive, you are energised by the opportunity to shape the future workforce, build organisational capability and contribute to the long-term success of one of nbn's most significant transformation programs.
